Just happened to type in Resident Evil Terminator into RUclips and this popped up, and you know what? I'm glad I watched this because as a long time Resident Evil and Terminator fan, this was a blast to watch. As a kid, Nemesis gave a lot of T-800 vibes. I will say, when I got to the part where you were playing Resident Evil 3's opening music over that scene from T2, I was waiting for you to do the same for RE 3 with the music from T2, but when you said you couldn't because of RUclips's rules, I decided to play that track over that scene, and not only do I agree with you on that, but the music from T2 fits that opening from RE3 so perfectly. Not to mention, in RE 3, both the original and the remake, Carlos is basically Kyle Reese, and just like Kyle Reese, Carlos has to save Jill or keep her alive. Either way, awesome video dude. Love all the hard work and effort you put into this. 10 out of 10👍👍. By the way, out of curiosity, have you seen the Terminator mods for Resident EVil 3 remake where they replace Nemesis with the T-800 from the first Terminator movie, and replace Carlos with a T-800 endoskeleton, and give Jill a Sarah Connor looking outfit?

i absolutely love mine and i'm glad i have it, but i'm not going to lie - it's not something most people are going to spend a ton of time playing. the ideal demographic for this thing would be someone who's really interested in retro style games, game development, and unique gaming experiences, or someone who just wants to try something new and has some money to burn. this definitely isn't going to replace your PS5/xbox/switch/PC, it's more like a supplement to them. tons of great options for those moments when you have 15-60+ minutes to kill - waiting for your car at the carwash, waiting at the DMV, pooping, plane or train rides, etc.

So the Switch version has the game border like the steam version? I don't think the Evercade version has that and some say the performance is bad. Thoughts? Trying to decide on platform. thanks

First game I ever completed, would have been about 8 at the time. Don't think I ever pulled off a special move, just used the basic kick with Ken. Funnily enough, after completing it I don't remember playing it much again either! There were some incredible games on the C64, it was a brilliant machine, but this wasn't a great example!

The paddle is a nightmare if your left handed

Most 1st party nintendo wiiu games are not on the switch. The wiiu can play all wii games. But will spit out gamecube discs even after being modded. The wiiu is essentially 4-5 gamecubes or 2 wiis power wise. Held back by nintendo.

I still have my original Retron 5, brilliant system. It has its faults, mine doesn't run Gynoug, or Over Horizon or Thunderforce 4. Three amazing games, i have tried messing with settings but no good. Any ideas ? But it does run a lot of stuff really well so.

All HardCore Fans Of RareWare / Rare knows that they belonged with Nintendo but its all Money at the ending of the day and since then Microsoft seems to rather lost the understanding or just dont care for rare except for Sea of Thieves it just seems Microsoft buys all these iP's and does nothing with them its a shame

Nintendo would definitely not stubborn in what they did with this switch because in an old interview with the late Suturo Iwata for what was gonna happen to the industry with the continued focus on graphics and power and saw that they were diminishing returns in this strategy and it looks like Nintendo was proven right with the current poor state of AAA gaming and the switch again is proof that the most powerful console rarely always wins.

I enjoy mine! People can say what they want but its classic controller alone makes it unique. Best way besides the original paddle to play games like Breakout, Circus Atari, and Asteroids V-claw.

I’ve been a console gamer all my life I’m primarily an Xbox gamer and mobile gamer primarily on iOS I have all consoles except ps5 Don’t really have time to play as much anymore So playing a lot of smaller games from the AppStore and Xbox sometimes I love retro games and I love indie games So I’ve been thinking about getting a steam deck but been looking at this since it was announced through nostalgic lenses So what I’m asking is this or steam deck?

I'd argue that price and no backwards compatibility were also huge factors as to why a console failed or at least did'nt do as well as the previous one. Not only was the Wii cheaper than the other two, but you could play all of Nintendo's game libary with it at the time. It was backwards compatible with the gamecube and it had the virtual console on it for their previous generations someting both Ps3 and Xbox cut away from their systems. The Wii fumbled sure but the Switch's price is one of the many reasons it's doing so well especially with the Ps5 and Xbox being so damn expensive in comparison. It can't be backwards compatible with the Wii U but I'm sure that's why there's been alot of remasters and remakes for the Switch so people has some way to still play their old games, not to mention old Playstation and Xbox titles have found their way onto it too.
